About the role

Enwa Water Technology is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our Project Management team.
As the company continues to grow and take on exciting new projects, this role provides the chance to work with both local and international customers in the Maritime and Offshore industry.

You will:

• Oversee the execution phase, bridging the gap from the final stage of bidding and tendering to commissioning and service.
• Act as the primary contact for both national and international customers regarding our projects.
• Assist the bid & proposal team by providing relevant project data and documentation.
• Hold budgetary responsibility for projects and handle economic reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments including technical, purchasing, document control, production, and finance.
• Lead and participate in all in-house and external project-related meetings, reviews, and events.
• Act as a mentor to motivate and develop team members, ensuring efficient and effective project executions

Qualifications:

• Higher technical education.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the maritime or offshore segment.
• Ability to manage both technical and financial risks.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal) and one Scandinavian language.
